Blueberries Cheese Cake

80 gm butter

1 tbsp castor sugar

1 egg yolk

1 ¼ cup rose flour

1 tbsp corn flour

750 gm cream cheese

1 cup caster sugar

1 cup whipping cream

4 nos eggs

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla essence

base: mix all ingredients and bake at

for 20min

cream cream cheese with sugar.

beat in eggs, one at a time.

add in lemon juice and vanilla essence.

mix in whipping cream.

pour in 9in spring form tin.

Bake in preheated 150C oven for one hour.

Topping: blueberries puree

or mix 2tsp of cocoa power to some cheese mixture and draw a marble pattern.
