  • ½ cup bella mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup onion-mushroom broth (listed above)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 TB chopped fresh parsley
