Savory Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 package turkey bacon
  • 16 ounces refrigerated canned biscuits
  • ¾ to 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • ⅓ C green onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Steps
  1. Cook bacon according to package; over medium heat.
  2. Grease 9x13" baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Cut biscuits into quarters, and spread evenly on bottom of baking dish.
  4. Top with cooked bacon, diced tomatoes and shredded cheese.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour over baking dish, evenly distributing throughout the dish.
  7. Store in refrigerator overnight
  8. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  9. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown and biscuits are cooked through.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
