  • 3 tbsp butter
  • subheading: For the rice:
  • 1 ½ cup rice
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • ⅔ cup chopped green beans
  • ⅔ cup chopped shitaki mushroom
  • ⅔ cup chopped onion
  • ⅔ cup corn(frozen or can)
  • 1 cup chopped Taiwanese sausage
  • subheading: For the sauce:
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp mushroom or chicken bouillon
  • Optional: 1tsp oyster sauce(it will make the dish a little sweeter but not necessary)
