  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts about 2 large or 3 medium breasts

  • ¾ cup pasta sauce I like Farm to Fork
  • 8 ounce fresh mozzarella sliced in to ¼" thick slices
  • ½ cup nitrate free pepperoni slices about 12 slices or 3 per breast
  • ½ cup sliced black olives optional
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves chopped
