Spinach Artichoke Cheesy Dip
Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 10 oz box Frozen spinach
  • 16 oz Shredded Italian cheese blend
  • ½ cup low sodium broth
  • 14 oz jar artichoke hearts - drain the liquid
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder or all purpose seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Giardiniera - finely chop it ( optional but highly recommend it)
