Fall off the bone sticky beef short ribs

Ingredients
  • 2lb beef short ribs cut in 2inch sections
  • 1 onion
  • 1cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 cups water or beef broth
  • 1 tbsp beef bullion if using water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
Steps
  1. Add beef stock or water bullion mix to pot
  2. Add in sectioned short ribs
  3. Add seasonings
  4. Add sliced onion on top
  5. Seal lid and pressure cook for 30 mins with 10 minute natural pressure release
  6. Release remaining pressure
  7. Drain liquid
  8. Remove bones
  9. Turn on saute mode and add in brown sugar and ketchup
  10. Saute for 5 minutes or until desired stickiness
Notes
  • Cook time stays the same for any amount of ribs
