Ingredients
  • 300g (11oz.) Daikon radish
  • 2 tbsp. Katakuriko (potato starch) or corn starch
  • 2 tbsp. all purpose flour or rice flour will do
  • Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Mirin (sweet Sake)
  • 2 tbsp. cooking oil
  • ½ Nori sheet
