Ingredients
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • ½ cup raw unsalted almonds
  • ½ cup raw pistachios
  • ¼ cup raw unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons coconut nectar or date syrup, maple syrup, agave nectar
  • 15 Medjool dates pitted and soaked for 20 minutes and drained
