Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground beef substitute (or 1lb ground beef & 1 lb sausage substitute)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 32 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 14½ oz diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 4 oz mushroom stems and pieces, drained (opt)
  • 1 t Italian seasoning
  • 3 c medium pasta shells, uncooked
  • 3 plum tomatoes, sliced
  • ¾ c provolone cheese, shredded
  • ¾ c part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
