Gluten-Free Cinnamon Biscuits {Dairy-Free Option}
Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk dairy-free use almond, cashew, or coconut milk. Make your own buttermilk by adding 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice to the cup of milk and let stand 5 to 10 minutes in the refrigerator to stay cold.
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 egg room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons milk , dairy-free use almond, cashew, or coconut milk.
