Spaghetti Squash Chow Mein

  • 2 Tbsps avocado oil, divided
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 large yellow onion, diced
  • 4 celery ribs, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix with shredded carrots, or thinly shredded fresh cabbage
  • 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 lb ground chicken or turkey
  • ΒΌ cup coconut aminos, tamari, Braggs liquid aminos, or low-sodium soy sauce
