Whipped Ricotta Appetizer Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 15oz tub of ricotta
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil + more to drizzle
  • ¼ cup Mikes hot honey
  • ¼ Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Large pinch of salt or to taste
  • Baguette, heated and sliced
Steps
  1. Add ricotta and 2 tbsp olive oil to food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Brush a small bowl with olive oil, then add honey and place bowl into microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Add the whipped ricotta to a shallow bowl. and spread the surface to smooth.
  4. Drizzle Olive oil over the ricotta and spread over the surface
  5. Add the heated honey over the ricotta and olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle the salt over the top, then the red pepper flakes, to taste and the parsley.
  7. Serve with sliced baguette.
