Chef John's Green Goddess Dressing
Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream or Greek Yogurt
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh tarragon
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives or scallions
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 anchovy fillet
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
