Thick, Creamy soup. Also, try turkey

Ingredients
  • 4 strips cooked, chopped bacon
  • 1 LBS Chicken cutlet, cut into ½ pcs.
  • 1 Med baking potato in ¼" cubes
  • 2 Medium carrots, chopped.
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Celery stalk, chopped.
  • 2 (10.75 oz) low fat condensed cream
  • of mushroom soup.
  • 2 cups fat free low sodium chicken
  • broth.
  • ½ tsp Thyme.
  • ½ tsp Dried Sage
Steps
  1. Place all items in a slow cooker, cover and cook on low until vegetables  and chicken are tender, about 8 to 10 hours.
