  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 medium egg
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • ¼ cup milk (you can use any kind of dairy or non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (you can use any kind of oil)
