Easy Fish Tacos

Ingredients
  • 4 fish filets
  • 1 ½ tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pkg Fresh Cuts cabbage blend
  • 1 pkg Fresh Cuts mango salsa
Steps
  1. 1. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cumin, chili powder, lime zest, and salt.
  2. 2. Sprinkle spice mixture on the top of each fish filet.
  3. 3. Grill or saute fish.
  4. 4. Cut into chunks with a fork and divide onto plates.  Top fish w/slaw and mango salsa and creamy sauce (see cmt recipe).
