Low Carb Sugar Free Cheesecake
Ingredients
  • 2x16 Oz. Block of fullfat cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cup of Splenda
  • 4 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 4 large eggs
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Beat cream cheese and Splenda together until smooth
  3. Them add other ingredients & mix until smooth
  4. Bake at 350 until light brown on top and solid in the middle.
  5. Let cool then transfer to fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
