Angel Food Candy

Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 2½ tsp. baking soda
  • chocolate bark
  • oil
Steps
  1. Cook brown sugar and corn syrup in saucepan to 290°.
  2. Remove from heat and add baking soda.
  3. Stir quickly and pour at once into a buttered 9" x 13" pan.
  4. Do not touch once it is poured.
  5. Leave alone until cool.
  6. Break into pieces and dip in melted chocolate to coat.
  7. To make chocolate, add 1 Tbsp. oil to 1 lb. chocolate.
