  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup fresh dill leaves, finely chopped
  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles, or sweet pickles if you prefer. You can also use sweet or dill pickle relish.
