One-Pot Broccoli Parmesan Orzo

  • ⅓ cup white wine
  • 4 cups vegetable broth or stock
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 12 oz. orzo pasta
  • 4 cups broccoli florets, heaping cups
  • ½ lemon, juiced
