Ingredients
  • 4 Eggs
  • ⅔ Cup of Milk
  • ¼ Cup of Flour
  • ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar
  • ¼ tsp of Salt
  • ¾ tsp of Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla
  • 8 Slices of bread
Steps
  1. Preheat skillet of low with butter.
  2. Mix all ingredients in shallow dish, except for bread, an whisk
  3. Dip bread slices into egg mixture coating both sides
  4. Cook on both sides until golden brown and cooked through
  5. Serve with fruits, maple syrup and icing sugar.
