Ingredients
- Pineapple jam
- 2 pineapple
- 120gm sugar
- -Pastry
- 180gm butter
- 250gm rose flour
- 2 eggs yolk
- Mix butter, flour and eggs yolk.
- Pipe the pastry and place filling at one end and roll up.
- Glaze with beaten egg yolk.
- Preheat oven at 170 for 10min
- Bake for 20min.
- Pour it into wok and add in 120gm sugar.
- cook till it thickens.
- Set aside to cool.
- Shape the pineapple filling into almond shape.
