Green Chef Chickpea Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 4 oz Green Chard
  • 1 oz Dried Cranberries
  • 1 ¾ oz celery
  • 2½Tbsp walnuts
  • ¼ cup lemon aioli
  • 2 oz feta cheese
  • 2 whole wheat pitas
Steps
  1. 1. Strain and rinse beans
  2. 2. Place chickpeas in a pot cook for about 5 to 7 minutes. Strain
  3. 3. Mash chickpeas and mix with all other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Toast pitas
  5. 5. Mix chard with olive oil and salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Make sandwiches
