Ingredients

  • I use chicken thighs and breast, seasoned with adobo. Large pot or caldero I put a little oil browned my chicken drain excess oil. Saute green pepper diced, 2 cloves of garlic chopped I use the one in jar I put about ½ cup sofrito, 2 packets of sazon
  • And small can of diced tomatoes,you can use tomatoes sauce but I like the added texture of the tomatoes. Mix real good and add 3 to 4 cup chicken broth bring to boil always taste see if you need salt or adobo little at a time don't want to over season . After 20 mins or so add chopped potatoes.bring to boil and simmer. If not thick enough I thicken it by adding little instant mash potatoes a little at a time ¼ to ½ cup.
