David's Hot-Or-Not-Chicken Curry

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt, plus extra to serve
  • 2 ½ tbsp Tesco Gujarati curry paste or the Indian curry paste of your choice
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 5cm piece ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 x 400g tin finely chopped or chopped tomatoes
  • 100g (3 ½oz) green beans, stalks removed
  • 200g (7oz) basmati rice, to serve
  • handful fresh coriander, to serve
