Gluten Free Bisquick Banana Bread
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups mashed ripe bananas (3 bananas)
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup milk (almond milk used to be dairy free)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil (use ½ cup applesauce to substitute oil)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs (use egg replacer to be egg free)
  • 2 ⅔ cups Gluten Free Bisquick Baking Mix
  • optional: ½ cup chopped nuts
