Ingredients
  • 2 ½ cups almond flour

  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ cup ground flax seed (soaked in ¾ cup warm water for 5 to 10 minutes)
  • 1 cup coconut milk, full-fat
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ⅔ cup Monk fruit or erythritol substitute honey here for a GAPS dessert
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ cups water (divided: ¾ is for soaking ground flaxseed substitute ½ cup coffee for ½ cup of the water
