  • 1 15 oz. can low sodium beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon EACH ground cumin, paprika, oregano, thyme
