  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 400 g diced tomatoes 1 can
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 500 ml stock
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil
