Healthy fat muffins
Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Add choc chips (Lilly’s has no sugar added) or blueberries
Steps
  1. bake 15 min for full sized muffins and 12 min for mini muffins on 350 degrees
