CAZZIE’S PEASE PUDDING PASTRY QUICHE
Ingredients
  • Cazzie’s Pease pudding pastry quiche :-
  •  
  • 1 pot pease porridge
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp aromat
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt
  •  
Steps
  1. Mix all above together and spread into a silicone cake tin / loaf tin ( any tin lol )
  2. Plus spread up the sides & blind bake for 30 to 35 mins ( leave to cool )
  3. Meanwhile chop bacon , leak , onions & cook till water has cooked out , add any ingredients you like , then in a jug whisk in 5 to 6 free range eggs and add cooked ingredients plus your cottage cheese ( I use longley farm cottage cheese & chives ) Mix well then add to your cooked pastry and cook for a further 30 mins or until cooked .
