  • 200 g organic parsnips
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 75 g organic chestnut mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 50 g pecan kernels
  • 50 g cashew kernels
  • 20 g rice or corn flour
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 150 g fresh organic cranberries
  • 100 ml maple syrup
