  • Hamburger-Potato Skillet

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ΒΌ tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1. Saute onion and ground beef until slightly browned.
  • take hamburger off and brown hash browns
  • then add mushroom soup. Simmer just until potatoes are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
