Steak Sub Sliders
Ingredients
  • 3 minute steaks
  • 1 to 2 onions
  • Sliced provolone
  • 5 hot dog buns
  • ¼ cup melted butted
  • minced garlic
Steps
  1. Cut hot dog buns in half.
  2. Slice onions and caramelize.
  3. Prepare minute steaks per instructions.
  4. Place bottom half of hot dog buns in small casserole dish.
  5. Top buns with minute steaks.
  6. Top minute steaks with onions.
  7. Top onions with sliced provolone.
  8. Place the top half of the hot dog buns on the provolone.
  9. Melt butter in small sauce pan and add garlic.
  10. Brush buns with the butter mixture.
  11. Cover with foil
  12. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  13. Uncover and slice length-wise.
  14. Serve.
Notes
  • Variations:
  • You can easily vary the type of bun you use, the type of cheese used and the contents of the butter basting liquid.
