Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Almond Butter - Kirkland
- ½ cup Maple Syrup - Lakanto Sugar Free
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil - Kirkland Organic
- 1 cup Pecan Halves - Costco Kirkland -- chopped
- 1 cup Almonds -- chopped
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
Steps
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In microwave safe bowl add chocolate chips, almond butter, maple syrup and coconut oil. Microwave in 1 minute intervals until all is well combined - Stirring after each minute.
- Add nuts and mix well. Spread into prepared pan until smooth.
- Either put in fridge or freezer until set. Cut into portions.
