No Bake Keto Chocolate Nut Bar

Ingredients
  • 1 ½           cups  Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1                cup  Almond Butter - Kirkland
  • ½           cup  Maple Syrup - Lakanto Sugar Free
  • ¼           cup  Coconut Oil - Kirkland Organic
  • 1                cup  Pecan Halves - Costco Kirkland -- chopped
  • 1                cup  Almonds -- chopped
  • 1                cup  sunflower seeds
Steps
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In microwave safe bowl add chocolate chips, almond butter, maple syrup and coconut oil.  Microwave in 1 minute intervals until all is well combined - Stirring after each minute.
  3. Add nuts and mix well.  Spread into prepared pan until smooth.
  4. Either put in fridge or freezer until set.  Cut into portions.
