Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk, divided
  • ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ to 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder, or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon almond extract
  • handful of ice
  • optional: protein powder or peanut flour
  • possible toppings:  oats, chia seeds, cacoa nibs, coconut
