Scottish Trifle: the Easiest Tipsy Laird
Ingredients
  • 12 Trifle Sponges/Ladyfingers - *See Note 2
  • 600ml custard
  • Approx 500g Raspberries to decorate
  • 320g (1 small jar) of raspberry jam (1 cup)
  • 250ml of double cream (1 cup of heavy whipping cream)
  • 8 Tbsp Scottish Whisky or whisky liqueur
  • 8 Tbsp Orange Juice
