Molokia

Ingredients
  • 2 bags Molokhia
  • 4 cups chicken broth (2 cups/bag)
  • Vermicelli
  • Rice (basmati)
  • Tsp Vegeta
  • Pepper + salt to taste
Steps
  1. Fry 4 tbs of garlic in oil and maybe a tsp coriander
  2. Add broth.
  3. Bring broth to boil and add in molokia.
  4. Simmer uncovered until absorbed.
  5. Serve over rice, vermicelli or bulgur
