  • 1 cup Romain lettuce, chopped
  • 3 oz grilled chicken breast
  • ½ cup tomatoes
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • 1 med scallion
  • 6 large olives
  • 1 Tbsp feta, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp light balsamic vinaigrette
Steps
  1. combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat
