Papa Andy's crepe recipe

1 cup flour

1 cup milk

1 cup water

3 eggs

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

Mix very well with electric beater making sure to scrape the sides of the bowl. Heat griddle pan, add oil to pan to cover bottom. When oil is hot, put in one soup ladle of batter. Cook until the ends are brown.Flip over and brown. Fill all of the griddle pan. Add oil to pan for each crepe.
