  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • ½ jalapeno, chopped, or 2 Thai chilies, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro, plus extra sprigs for garnish
  • ¼ cup chopped mint
  • lime wedges, for garnish
