  1. Chill coupe glass in freezer for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a shaker, muddle lemongrass, sugar, lime juice, raspberries, and basil leaves. Add ice and all other ingredients and shake intensely until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
  3. Fine strain into the chilled coupe glass. Garnish with one speared raspberry and 2 basil leaves on the same cocktail spear.
