Ingredients
  • 1 Tbs Almond flour
  • 1 Tbs coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp psyllium husk
  • ¼ tsp keto baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1tsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp hot water
  • Optional - Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 2 Tbs Grated cheese/your choice
  • 1 Tbs  chopped Jalapeños (jar)
Steps
  1. Combine all dry ingredients together then other ingredients.  Stir until we’ll combined.  Place in microwave for 90 seconds.
Notes
  • Keto baking powder is equal parts of
  • Baking soda and cream of tar tar
  • Cut in half and toast
