Soft Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
  • 3 cups (405g) whole wheat flour*

  • 1 ½ tsp (7g) salt
  • 2 ¼ tsp (7g) instant yeast*
  • ¼ cup (48g) refined coconut oil, should be solid but soft & scoopable
  • 1 ½ cups (360g) warm plant milk, ~105 to 110 ºF
  • 2 tbsp (32g) maple syrup or agave
  • sesame seeds (optional garnish)
  • Melted vegan butter (optional)
