Ingredients
  • 9 to 12 oz shredded broccoli slaw (available in bagged lettuce section at grocery store)
  • 8 oz frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 c frozen sliced carrots
  • 4 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 sm onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp ginger (fresh is better if you can get it otherwise powder is fine)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil (separate)
  • ¼ c soy sauce (low sodium works well)
  • 4 oz long pasta (such as spaghetti, fettucine, angel hair)
