Rice Pudding

A native of Cleveland Ohio and I love to cook and entertain. As a full time RVer, I have limited kitchen space, but that doesn’t stop me from cooking up a storm! Recently worked as Activities Director for an RV resort on Florida where I was able to serve up some of my favorite recipes to our residents and guests.

2 ½ cups ( 600 ml) whole milk

⅓ cup ( 66 g) uncooked short grain white rice (see Recipe Note)

Pinch salt

1 large egg

¼ cup ( 50 g) dark brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

⅓ cup ( 40 g) raisins
