6 oz. lime Jello 6 oz. lime Jello
1-1/4 cups boiling water 1-¼ cups boiling water
1 can pineapple tidbits drained 1 can pineapple tidbits drained
3/4 cup liquid from pineapple with ice to make 1-1/2 cups ¾ cup liquid from pineapple with ice to make 1-½ cups
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup mayonnaise
24 oz. large curd cottage cheese (strain if too watery) 24 oz. large curd cottage cheese (strain if too watery)
1 cup pecan pieces 1 cup pecan pieces
1-6 tsp. horseradish (optional) 1 to 6 tsp. horseradish (optional)

1. Mix jello with boiled water until dissolved.
2. Stir into reserved pineapple juice and ice in lime jello crystal dessert bowl until ice is melted.
3. Whisk in sweetened condensed milk and mayonnaise until smooth.
4. Stir in pineapple tidbits, cottage cheese, and pecan pieces.
5. Place in refrigerator until it starts to set and add pecan halves, pineapple rings and maraschino cherries for decoration.
6. Leave in the refrigerator until completely set-overnight.
