Vegan Creamy Bbq Chickpeas and Lentils
Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cups (300g) tomato sauce/puree
  • ½ cup (120g) creamy plant milk (soy, almond, cashew)
  • 2 ½ tablespoons (50g) pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) red wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • One 15 ounce can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
  • One 15 ounce can lentils, drained & rinsed
