MEXICAN CHEF SALAD

Ingredients
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 oz. French dressing
  • 1 sm. bag Dorito Taco chips
  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • ΒΌ tsp. salt
  • Chop onion, tomatoes and lettuce. Toss with grated cheese and add French dressing. Crunch and add taco chips.
  • Brown ground beef and drain off any fat; add (drained) kidney beans and salt; simmer 10 minutes. Add meat and beans to cold salad and serve immediately.
